Meghan Trainor is getting her groove back!

The singer, 30, shared on the Dec. 12 episode of Today with Hoda and Jenna that she is regaining movement in her face after a recent cosmetic procedure mishap.

When co-host Jenna Bush Hager pointed out that Trainor can smile despite previously claiming that she was no longer able to, she said it’s because "the movement is coming back."

"I got what’s called a lip flip," the Grammy winner explained. "It was my first ever. And everyone was like, 'You’re gonna love it, you little lips.' And I didn’t love it because I couldn’t smile and I was like [makes frozen face]."

Co-Host Hoda Kotb — who recently announced her departure from the talk show — asked Trainor about the procedure, saying, "So what happened? They just give you an injection right in the front?"

The "Been Like This" singer responded, "Right in there, yeah."

Kotb then asked if the procedure hurt, and Trainor described it as "the most painful thing."

"And I was like, 'This is gonna look great!' And my dad walked in while I was having it, and I was like, 'Oh no,' " she continued. "I got some in my jaw because they say it can help you with clenching and I think the mixture of the two."

Bush Hager joked that at least Trainor was able to give "sort of a PSA to other people" looking to get the procedure.

Trainor replied, "I was like, ‘Heads up!’ Nobody warned me.'

The singer spoke about the mishap on the Nov. 20 episode of her Workin' on It with Meghan Trainor & Ryan Trainor podcast, where she said she "got too much Botox and I need help."

"I messed up. I've had Botox, like, a handful of times … just my forehead," she said, before sharing that she had also gotten filler in her upper lip.

"Someone convinced me with my little lips that if you did a lip flip, you put filler right above your upper lip, that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip," she said. "And I could have one for the first time in my whole 30 years of living — it was not true."

At the time, she said, "I cannot smile anymore."

"Here's another clickbait move I'm trying to make," the singer said, "I'm getting a boob job."

She went on to explain her reasons, saying it was because of their fluctuation in size from having two kids, sons Riley, 3, and Barry, 1, with husband Daryl Sabara.

"They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small," she said. "I've lost some weight and I have sags on, just like saggy sacks as boobs."
