Meghan Markle's intense workout revealed

She’s already a style icon just weeks after announcing her engagement to Prince Harry, but it turns out Meghan Markle is also our #fitspiration.

The 36-year-old former Suits actress, who has an undeniably stunning figure, manages to keep in shape by following a strict routine at the gym.

In fact, Meghan loves to work out so much, she told Women’s Health magazine that it’s “in my blood”.

“My health, my state of mind, the feeling you have after a workout; all of these things drive me to step onto my mat or go to the gym,” she said.

“Sometimes the idea of working out sounds absolutely dreadful, but I always remind myself of how good it will feel afterward. Euphoric, almost.”

Indeed, Meghan apparently is so into her yoga and pilates that she takes classes on a machine called the Megaformer.

The high intensity machine is said to burn up to 700 calories per class.

Her mother, Doria, was a yoga instructor and of course, her daughter is following in her footsteps.

Meghan loves vinyasa yoga, where she coordinates movement with her breathing with some saying they can have both a physical and spiritual experiences.

While she loves running, Meghan also revealed recently that because she’s getting older she can’t hit the pavement like she used to as it’s hard on her knees.
