McDonald's Fans Make Fast Food Brand 'Sigh' With 'Wild' Question About Iconic Mascot

McDonald's is fed up with the antics of some unruly customers on social media, replying to one "wild" screenshot uploaded to X with just a single, exasperated "sigh."

One consumer navigated to an informational section of the restaurant’s website or mobile app, typing into the search bar, “How does Grimace breed?” When they didn’t find what they were looking for already documented in the frequently asked questions, they captioned a photo of the "0 results" to their query as "unbelievable."

Somehow, the fast food joint's corporate team caught wind of the curiosity. While they didn't have an answer, they did have a comical response: "*sigh*."

When another user observed how "wild" the line of thinking was, McDonald's admitted that it was "just another day to me," proving that the brand's social media manager is putting in the work and earning their paycheck.

"I think some things are better to remain a mystery 🤣," another follower wrote, with the brand agreeing, "i feel the same."

Others demanded an answer, with one reply reading, "Answer the question McDonalds."

"I just started sweating," they said, but one well-read fan who was familiar with Grimace's lore was happy to step in with an educated answer: "Grimace originated as a monster summoned by McDonald's beverages, particularly milkshakes," they wrote. "Meaning he is a thought entity. Basically, Grimace doesn't breed to propagate as a species, instead relying on McDonald's patrons for continued existence."

One might equate the giant purple monster to Tinker Bell in that respect! Do you think if we believe, more of him will appear?
