More from TVLine

Any scoop on the Evil series finale? –Craig
Co-creator Robert King sums up the Aug. 22 series finale thusly: “It’s about the meeting of these 60 families, and [Kristen & Co.] disrupting it and seeing if there’s any way for the Entity to stop as many of those families as they can all at once. So, it’s culminating in this meeting of the 60 in New York.”

Can you please find out if there will be any #Scolina crossovers in the beginning of the new seasons of FBI and FBI: Most Wanted (premiering Oct. 15)? They are my favorite characters on both shows. –Marissa
I got your Q in front of Most Wanted showrunner David Hudgins, and he wrote back, “This season, we will learn more about Nina’s upbringing, and Scolina faces some drama when family comes to town.”

We saw Ashlei Sharpe Chestnut in the last season of Chicago Med. Is she coming back as Naomi for Season 10? –Al
Med showrunner Allen MacDonald confirms for TVLine that the Star Trek: Picard alum “is back as Naomi for Season 10,” currently scheduled to premiere Wednesday, Sept. 25.

When will Season 2 of The Night Agent premiere? –Jean
I reached out to showrunner and fellow Rockford, Ill. native Shawn Ryan, who said that while he’s not yet sure when Netflix will release Season 2, “we have finished editing all 10 episodes and are just working on sound, music and VFX. We’re working hard to have the episodes ready for fans as soon as possible!”

Is there a time jump in Fire Country this season from where we left off last season? –TPB
None whatsoever! When Season 3 arrives on Friday, Oct. 18, “We are doing a direct pickup,” says showrunner Tia Napolitano, “so everyone’s going to get all the answers that they were itching for at the end of our Season 2 finale” — including whether or not Gabriela and Diego actually proceeded to say “I do.”

Any scoop on Fire Country Season 3? I can’t wait for the new season! –Caio
The Sheriff Country spinoff may not be premiering until the 2025-26 TV season (meaning, next fall at soonest), but showrunner Tia Napolitano told me you that we will see Morena Baccarin’s Mickey Fox on the mothership again this season.

Any news about the second season of Pachinko? The show was partly filmed last winter in my home town of Toronto, Canada. Anxiously waiting to revisit the characters and the actors who portray them. –Stephen
Premiering a week from Friday, Pachinko Season 2 picks up seven years later, in 1945, meaning World War II is about to wind down in explosive fashion. Now, I was skeptical about being to jump right back in well over two years since the finale, but within 10 minutes I gained my bearings and was fully reinvested in Sunja and Solomon’s journeys. Young Sunja goes through a lot in just the first two episodes, I warn you. Heartbreaking stuff. Also, the kid (Eunseong Kwon) now playing Mozasu, her younger son via imprisoned Isak, is a damn scene stealer.

On NCIS, will we see any more revelation into Agent Parker’s reference to “Lily” and his mom? –Serena
“I will say this…,” Steven D. Binder told TVLine as part of an in-depth (and unexpectedly juicy) Fall TV Preview Q&A. “It’s not entirely clear to him who this girl [seen in flashback/hallucination] was. There’s something in his past that even he’s not aware of that’s bubbling to the surface.”

Any word on Season 3 of The Way Home? –Jesus
When we grilled Sadie Laflamme-Snow earlier this year about the Casey tease in the Season 2 finale, she shared that she has “lots of theories” about Casey’s ties to the Landry family. “We saw that Casey has the ring that was given to Alice at the beginning of Season 2. There’s definitely some connection there to the marriage between Kat and Brady,” Laflamme-Snow said. “I won’t go further into anything. I don’t want to spoil it, but I theorize as much as the fans do.”

I miss Keith Brymer Jones crying over pottery. Any word on when Max will stream the rest of The Great Pottery Throw Down? At this point I think we (the U.S. audience) are two seasons behind. –RC
You would be correct, Max is only streaming five of the UK competition’s seven seasons — and I alas have no updates to share on when the rest might stream Stateside.

Any scoop on the Jax and Corey dynamic in Reasonable Doubt Season 2 (premiering Aug. 22 on Hulu)? –Adrianna
As Season 2 opens, Jax is “trying to find herself again” after confronting her past sexual abuse and fighting to keep her marriage together, says Emayatzy Corinealdi. The arrival of Morris Chestnut’s Corey, a savvy defense attorney brought in to help Jax with a high-profile case, “is going to automatically create drama for her because she is not one who is used to taking a back seat — or any kind of seat that’s not in the front,” says her portrayer. “It’s going to create drama in the office, and it’s going to be very difficult for Jax to try to navigate the waters knowing she’s not 1,000% back. She’s not 1,000% there. She’s not fully, fully herself.”

Harley Quinn Finale Nightwing Alive Birds of Prey Team

Any chance we will see Harley again on Kite Man? The wait for Harley Quinn Season 5 is taking forever. –J.T.
“I think she might be in it one more time [this season]. She’s not in it a lot,” says showrunner Dean Lorey. “We really were trying to carve [Kite Man] out as its own thing in that world, though we did like the idea of Harley and Ivy having a cameo in the first episode to sort of hand it off to our new folks.”

I’m a fan of the show Fright Club, with Jack Osbourne and the Ghost Brothers. Can I look forward to a new season, or is it safe to call time of death? –Kailey
Hmm, you might want to begin filling out a toe tag. I am told that Fright Club is no longer in active production, but previous episodes are streaming on Max and Discovery+.
