MAFS fans spot 'atrocious' editing fail

Married At First Sight fans were once again left shocked during last night’s episode of the controversial reality show, when they noticed a very awkward editing fail.

Returning MAFS bride Lizzie was in Adelaide meeting her personal trainer ‘husband’ Seb’s family, when footage of the city appeared across the screen.

But instead of showing Adelaide, show producers accidentally flashed footage of Surfers Paradise on screen, even zooming in on the iconic sign that welcomes tourists to the Queensland beach.

The blunder didn’t go unnoticed online, with Instagram account @MAFSFUNNY almost immediately taking to their account to post about the moment.

Fans couldn’t believe the fail, calling MAFS out for the ‘atrocious’ mistake.

“Adelaide never looked so beachy,” one person wrote, while another said: “Looks to be right on track with the rest of this train wreck season”

Others simply called this year’s editing “shocking” with another person genuinely asking if they are “taking the piss”.

It’s not the first time MAFS has been slated online, as on Sunday night, fans noticed something happen to groom Steve’s beard as the camera flashed between him and contestants on the couch during the commitment ceremony.

“When the commitment ceremony is so long Steve grows a beard while sat on the sofa,” MAFS funny posted on Instagram.

“This was next level bad,” the page added in the caption, asking fans whether or not they spotted the magically growing and disappearing beard.

Some fans admitted they hadn’t even noticed the minor glitch, but shared their amusement on the post.

”Damn can grow a beard faster in one night than I can grow in 6 months,” one person quipped.

“The whole show is an editing fail,” another added.
