MAFS stars Brent and Ella spill on romantic getaway: 'Best feeling'
Married At First Sight stars Brent Vitiello and Ella Ding are remaining coy about their relationship, despite being snapped at an airport as they were headed on a romantic getaway.
Speaking to Nova's Fitzy & Wippa on Monday morning, the pair revealed they had kissed but had not yet decided to make the relationship official, despite Ella making plans to move to Sydney.
Fans of the show have been rooting for the pair to get together after they both offered support to each other throughout the show.
Ella, who was paired with Mitch Eynaud on the show's ninth season, revealed he broke it off with her for a second time after filming the show's reunion episode.
Since then rumours have swirled he is now with Tamara Djordjevic, who was paired with Brent.
With speculation around the relationship involving both Ella and Brent's on-screen spouses, people have been hoping they now might find love with each other.
Wippa said to Ella on Brent on Monday morning the pair looked as though they were flirting with each other in paparazzi photos taken at the airport.
"Yeah, the excitement was real. It was like the best feeling meeting Brent and then going away. It was really nice," Ella said.
Brent added there was not one awkward conversation or awkward moment during the Port Douglas getaway.
Ella said they had been open and honest with each other about how they felt, rather than how Australia felt about the relationship.
"Like, they can put this idea in our head. And we're even having this conversation like when did it even begin? How did this even become a thing?" she said.
When asked to confirm whether or not Mitch and Tamara were official, Ella and Brent both said they had no idea.
When asked what happened behind closed doors at their getaway, the pair remained tight-lipped. However, they admitted they have kissed, which Ella said she initiated.
She added it was nice to have the opportunity to spend some quality time together, and they had dinner last night.
"We went and watched the stars and it was actually just so romantic. It was so nice," she said.
When Fitzy asked whether team "Brella" was official, Ella said a friendship first was important, and they were getting to know each other on a deeper level.
"So are you together or not?" Fitzy probed on air.
"No... We're not making anything official," Brent answered.
"I mean, I think that's where it creates, you know tension and pressure. I think if it's going to be official, it'll just happen on its own organically."

When asked whether they had said I love you, Brent said they hadn't.
"There was a piece of paper in the room that said, 'Ella loves Brent'. I'm not sure who wrote it," he said.
'Worst guy I have ever dated'
Ella came out swinging last week as she claimed Mitch was the "worst guy I've ever dated".
Speaking to the So Dramatic podcast, Ella said she had trusted Mitch when he said he would never get together with Tamara.
She claimed Mitch asked her to lie for him during the reunion after Tamara said she received a drunken phone call from him saying he had feelings for her.
She told listeners how Mitch pulled her aside before the reunion and said: "Just in case it gets brought up tonight, I drunk-called Tamara, and I called Matt and Dion."
Ella confessed that this was untrue, as she never received a phone call from Mitch.
“He was like, ‘If it gets brought up tonight, just without causing drama, can you say that I called you too?’
“So I lied for him.”
Ella admits that she wishes she’d done things differently: “That was probably the only part of the reunion that I watched back and was like, ‘God damn, why’d you do that?’”
