MAFS spoiler: Leaked pics reveal how cheating scandal affects show

MAFS fans were surprised to find that a cheating scandal was brewing just two weeks into the show when Claire Nomarhas, who has had a rocky relationship with her 'husband' Jesse Burford, was reportedly caught cheating with fellow groom Adam Seed.

Adam, who seems to be happy with his 'wife' Janelle Han, reportedly shared a kiss with Claire while on a night out at the pub with other participants, with fans wondering how this will play out during the show's commitment ceremony on Sunday.

Promos for the episode are teasing a huge revelation regarding the alleged hook-up between Claire and Adam, and while it may seem as though the scandal will see several couples exit the experiment, Yahoo Lifestyle can reveal that this is not the case.

Paparazzi pictures, taken several days after the first commitment ceremony last September, show both Claire and Jesse and Adam and Janelle arriving at next week's dinner party together.

In a bizarre twist, both couples involved in the cheating scandal even look stronger than ever.

Jesse is seen staring lovingly into Claire's eyes and Adam has an arm wrapped around Janelle.

This may suggest they are telling the truth about not hooking up, and the storyline is set to quickly fizzle out.

However, a source told the Daily Mail that the pair definitely shared a "drunken kiss", and Claire was "pressured" by Adam to keep their tryst secret.

“Claire and Adam were all over each other the whole night, so it wasn’t surprising to be honest,” the source claimed. “They said they were just going out for a vape. She and Jesse were pretty much done by this point.”

The source adds that Jesse was suspicious of Claire and Adam’s hidden relationship, something that the pair continued to deny.

“Jesse had suspicions that Claire and Adam were secretly seeing each other and was fixated on trying to expose him,” the insider shared.

“Jesse and Claire had a meeting about it during which Claire told Jesse his behaviour was unacceptable and gaslit him,” an insider said. “Adam laughed it off, denied it, and made Jesse look crazy.”

“Everyone turned on Jesse because of it…which made the whole thing so much worse.”

The publication adds that the cheating scandal only surfaces due to contestant Lyndall Grace seeing the pair kissing that night.

Promos for the commitment ceremony show Lyndall saying, "That night, I may have misheard it, but I did hear... Adam turned to me and he said, 'I'm gonna go home with Claire.'"

Lyndall's bombshell leaves the rest of the participants in shock, with fans divided over the moment on Instagram.

"Jesse was right," one user wrote, while another said, "Surely I can’t be the only one that heard it as 'Oh I’m gonna go home with her cause she’s leaving and I wanna leave and we live in the same building.'"

"Editing... bet it was innocent!" a third wrote.

Many others simply shared that they couldn't wait to watch it all unfold.
