MAFS EXCLUSIVE: Richard spotted 'chatting up girls' during wild night with Collins

MAFS groom Richard Sauerman was spotted out and about on Saturday night at an exclusive party with fellow and former MAFS stars including Collins Christian, Olivia Frazer, Carolina Santos and Nasser Sultan.

A source told Yahoo Lifestyle that Richard, 62, seemed to enjoy his time mingling citing that he was 'loving life'.

MAFS' oldest-ever groom is currently matched with Andrea Thompson on the show, with the pair being one of the experiment's strongest couples so far.

However, despite being photographed last week looking cosy and getting coffee in Kings Cross, Andrea was nowhere to be seen at the event. The source also said Richard attending a public event like this while still on the show goes against rules set out by producers.

'Didn't look like he had a wife at home'

"Richard was loving life and having a big night," the insider told Yahoo Lifestyle. "It definitely didn't look like he had a wife at home still.

"He spent a long time chatting to younger women, including Carolina from a few seasons ago, and it looked flirty."

Fresh from his TV exit on MAFS, Collins Christian was also spotted making new friends at the event, just days after his exclusive interview with Yahoo Lifestyle's Behind The Edit podcast where he revealed a scene that never made it to air on his honeymoon with Natalie Parham.

Suffering from heatstroke and stress, two days of the couples' honeymoon had to be cancelled after Natalie fell ill.

"I remember Nat is looking really bleak and pale, and she looks at me and she just says, ‘I’m going to faint’. So I grab her, holding her by her side, and I say, ‘Let’s go into our room right now’. The camera crew was still a little behind, but my main focus was trying to get Nat into our room, she was really struggling," Collins said.

"The medic told the producers and us, ‘Yeah she’s been struggling with the sun, but this is a lot of mental stress as well’.

“As that happened, the producers looked at me and said, ‘Alright, the next two days of the honeymoon are canned’.”
