Married At First Sight star Melissa Rawson has taken to social media to thank her fans for their support as she revealed the results from her breast biopsy.
The 32-year-old, who is expecting twins with her fiancé Bryce Ruthven, told followers last month that doctors had found three lumps on her breasts after an ultrasound.
The MAFS star received a biopsy late last month to treat the lumps, telling fans afterwards that she was feeling “very raw and emotional”.
“Glad that’s done!” she captioned a photo on her Instagram story with tears in her eyes. “The local anaesthetic worked on two of the three lumps.
“I felt absolutely nothing for the first two but oh boy did I feel every bit of the biopsy needle for the final lump.”
Melissa has now shared the results from the test, telling her followers that she is “all clear”.
She explained that the lumps were identified as ‘fibroadenomas’, which are solid, noncancerous tumours that often occur in young women.
“Thank you for your lovely messages!” she added. “My thoughts go out to all the beautiful women fighting their own health battles, whatever they may be.”
The health update comes shortly after Melissa and Bryce revealed that they've already selected names for their children.
The reality TV couple appeared on Saturday night’s A Current Affair, where they spilled all the details on their expanding family and plans to tie the knot.
“We've got a list of about 10 boy and girl names, and because we're having twins, we need two of each. So yeah, I think we're pretty set,” Melissa said.
“Very unique names and I guess that's kind of a real testament to our relationship,” Bryce added.
Melissa admitted that she was “shocked” when she found out that she was pregnant, and it took her a bit of time to get her head around the news.
The duo went on to say that they plan on waiting until after the babies are born before they get married, which they predict will happen on the beach with friends.
Bryce and Melissa’s twins will be a world-first for the Married At First Sight franchise.
