MAFS’ Jesse reveals X-rated DMs from fans: 'Pretty crazy'
Turns out 2023 groom Jesse hasn't been short of attention since his time on the reality show.
He may not have found love on Married At First Sight, but 2023 star Jesse Burford hasn't been short of attention since his time on the show.
Married to Claire Nomarhas in the experiment, the two had a relationship filled with ups and downs, particularly after a cheating scandal that saw Claire kiss another groom, Adam Seed, on a night out.
After the show aired, Jesse was linked with another bride, Janelle Han, but the two were just friends hamming it up for the camera as he revealed during an appearance on Yahoo Lifestyle's podcast Behind The Edit.
Jesse also revealed that since the show, dating has become easier after his DMs became inundated with messages from fans, including a few surprises.

"[Dating] has become overwhelmingly easy, but there's a splash of challenges at the same time," he said. "This is probably going to trigger a lot of people watching this, I can only talk about what I'm experiencing in my life right now which is when you have options it's hard to stick with one I guess."
Jesse went on to say he was sent explicit DMs, including naked photos when he was asked about the craziest DM slides he's had so far.
"Naked photos, texts will be pretty crazy, there's some crazy stuff people have verbally texted me, but the naked photos trump that every time," he said. "No warning either! That's the first thing they send me, naked photos."

He also confirmed he has gone on dates with fans, who he said became less like fans and more like friends.
"They soon turn from 'fan' into a friend, like I genuinely know them as a human being, and they get to know me as a human being. I've met some amazing women in the last 12 to 18 months, I guess you can say to my public... me being out there," he said.
