The adult star launched her OnlyFans career in August 2020, and went on to win Best Newcomer Female Porn Star at the Adult Industry Choice Awards earlier this year before becoming a high-class escort.
Speaking on WSFM'S Jonesy & Amanda Show, Hayley revealed she had never imagined becoming an adult entertainer.
"Maybe people dream about being a porn star and adult entertainer when they grow up, but I definitely did not," she said.
The former reality star added she made the decision to join OnlyFans after she lost work as a finance broker when the Covid pandemic hit.
She said the way she was portrayed on the show meant she struggled to find work as it was difficult for her to re-enter a professional environment and be taken seriously.
"I was like, 'Look, I need to make money'. I still had outgoings."
Hayley says subscribers can see her content however she posts pay-per-view photos and videos that require followers to pay an additional fee to view them.
She added all her content was pre-recorded and has a catalogue of videos and movies for subscribers to choose from.
Hayley, who is estimated to have earned $200,000 in her biggest month, said joining OnlyFans had given her financial freedom to be able to live her life.
While she told the radio show she enjoyed her work as an adult entertainer, she admitted there was an expiry date.
"I'm not sure where it's gonna go, but like everything, has an expiry date, especially when what I'm doing revolves around beauty standards," she said.
Hayley added she also wanted to have children and was going through the process of freezing her eggs.
OnlyFans star's breast cancer scare
Earlier this week Hayley revealed she had a breast cancer scare after a lump was found under her arm, causing a dull pain.
"I can't begin to tell you the amount of anxiety, fear and emotion I faced when they told me to get changed," she said of her breast ultrasound.
"I broke down in tears thinking of every woman that has walked into the same room before me and had been told bad news."
She then reassured her followers she was given the all-clear, and it was a lymph node that will be rescanned in four to six weeks.
