MAFS' Ella Ding looks unrecognisable in throwback photos: 'Shocking'

The former reality star looked VERY different!

MAFS' Ella Ding has shared throwback photos to the Sit With Us podcast Instagram account, with the reality star looking completely unrecognisable.

The 29-year-old shared two snaps of herself from her teens when she appeared to be going through a bit of an 'emo' phase after she, Domenica Calarco and podcast guest Evelyn Ellis spoke about how much they'd changed since their teenage years.

Ella revealed she'd shaved her head as a teen, describing the photos on the podcast as "shocking".

In one snap, Ella had dyed her black hair blonde and styled it in a mohawk, with the sides of her head shaved.

In another snap, her shaved hair was growing back but was still very short, with the reality star rocking heavy black winged eyeliner.

Evelyn also shared a photo from her teenage years, with the reality star looking very different, with orange/brown hair and a lip piercing.

Ella revealed last year that she has had a number of different looks, saying she shaved her head in 2014 for the World's Greatest Shave to support friends who had lost parents to cancer.

"I had blue hair, pink hair, mohawks, short peroxide hair," she wrote at the time. "I loved exploring different hairstyles so much."

Ella on Love Triangle

It comes after Ella announced she has joined another dating show, but this time she's not looking for love.

"Say hello to your newest edition to Love Triangle Season 2 on @stanaustralia!" she wrote on Instagram. "But this time I’m not in front of the camera I’m behind the scenes. Narrating, and bringing a fresh take on the show.

"This experience and opportunity does feel personal, living through over a decade of being single & dating in the harsh real world to then reality TV in the hope of finding love & now being in love. I’m just so excited for all of you to be addicted to this new STEAMY show!!"

She later added that fans should "get your popcorn & buckle up because this stuff you just can’t script".

The reality show kicks off on October 5 on Stan.
