Jess discovers Dan 'cheated' on her before MAFS aired

In terms of the Married At First Sight Jess and Dan saga, the plot only thickens.

After the pair’s tense exchange on live TV following Monday night’s finale, there’s now claims that Dan also cheated on Jess after the show had wrapped up filming.

A woman named Hannah called into KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O show on Wednesday morning, revealing she’d kissed the 35-year-old father-of-one during a night out two months ago.

What’s more, she said Jess is aware of the situation and had reached out to her about it on Instagram this week.

“Okay so I’ll read out the message,” radio host Jackie O said live on air. “Obviously she’s worried that you and Dan have hooked up.”

“She says, ‘Hey babe, sorry to message you but I’m an absolute emotional wreck right now. Can you please tell me what happened with Dan? I’ve just been through so much I feel like maybe this will help me move on. This isn’t the first cheating allegation I’ve suffered either. It’s just so heartbreaking I’ve moved my entire life here. He said he has never seen you in his life but my gut just doesn’t believe it’.”

Hannah told Kyle and Jackie O that she told Jess “exactly what had happened”.

“This was like two months ago,” Hannah explained, revealing Dan’s friends had told her he’d been on MAFS, but given his behaviour she was under the impression he wasn’t in a relationship when he made a move on her.

“He was trying to do that and I said no and then he literally kissed me,” she said.

When the show started airing, Hannah saw Dan on MAFS and then told one of her friends what happened.

This week Jess reached out to her for clarification, and Hannah happily confirmed the reality star’s suspicions.

“She says, ‘Thank you babe, I’ll be okay, think I just need to recoup. He’s ripped my heart out on national television. It’s just a hard situation’,” Jackie revealed as she read out Jess’ message to Hannah.

On Monday night Jess and Dan engaged in a bitter war of words in the toe-curling segment which centred on Jess’ inability to be honest about hitting on Nic Jovanovic during one of the show’s boozed-up dinner parties.

Since then, the pair have only shared solo snaps on social media, only adding fuel to the rumours they’re headed for a split.
