Things are heating up as Love Is Blind nears its return!
On Thursday, Sept. 19, the hit Netflix show released the trailer for its upcoming seventh season. In the clip, the Washington D.C.-based singles are eager to find their soulmates — and willing to risk it all — to get their happily ever after.
Things start off in the pods as the cast introduces themselves, reveal their occupations and even get creative with some poetic skills.
"We're on Love Is Blind, to love we may find, at the altar we'll decide and if we like the same girl, back off, she's mine!" Leo, 31, jokes to the rest of the men.
From a physicist to a former Marine, and even a "trophy wife," the cast quickly makes it clear who they are and what they're looking for. "Let's learn more about each other," Tim, 33, says.
Once inside the pods, no topics are off-limits and Monica isn't afraid to ask the difficult questions. "Did you vote in the last election?" she asks a potential suitor.
Taylor, 30, admits she "wasn't gonna share my mom's first name [because] it gives away part of how I look."
"No matter what you look like, I'm going to love you," Nick D., 29, then reassures.
Season 7 also gets spicy when one man suggests that there will "be little love triangles," and another woman says, "We could just be a little throuple!"

Elsewhere, Nick D. tells Nick P., "Something changed, bro," to which Nick P. notes, "Someone's starting drama."
Inside the pods, Tyler, 34, admits, "This is the deepest connection I've ever felt with anyone," before flashes of Alexandra, 33, smiling are shown.
But things get heated, too, when connections start to overlap and compete. "Is he the best person for you or is he just the first person to say I love you?" Leo exasperatedly asks.
Proposals follow, with Ramses, 35, getting down on one knee and Ashley A., 32, saying, "I would be honored to marry you." Stephen, 34, also appears to be thrilled in one scene, coming back into the men's quarters, yelling, "Stick a fork in a boy!" to which the other men cheer for him.
But, as it goes, emotional connections will be put to the test after the couples meet in person for the first time and discover if their physical compatibility is as strong.
"Things are growing, emotionally, physically, [and] certainly inside of his pants," Monica tells cameras.
In another scene, Taylor admits, "Now, out in the real world, I need a lot of actions." Nick D. later tells the men that "she's questioning," and brings up a "list of 10 bullet-points on a note card."
As the couples confront "so much uncertainty," strong opinions from family members — "You guys don't like him," Alex says — and fireworks, the big question remains: is love truly blind?
"So where's this leave us?" Alexandra asks her partner, as Ashley A. tears up and adds, "Two weeks before our wedding, this is something I should've known."
Parents also aren't afraid to get involved, with one mom telling a guy, "You hurt my daughter, I will cut your balls off."
"I know he's my person," another woman can be heard saying as Garrett, 33, insists, "I'm not hiding anything."
In the final moments, Hannah, 27, says, "Your girl's just a jealous little bitch," leaving Marissa, 32, speechless, and Monica is seen breaking down in tears. "I can't believe this is happening," she whispers through her cries.
To conclude the clip, co-hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey ask the hopefuls: "Will you get married or will you walk away forever?"
The trailer comes one day after the full season 7 cast was revealed by Netflix. The streamer also unveiled a teaser with the cast — which ranges in age from 27 to 37 and includes a set of sisters for the very first time — as they introduce themselves and share their stories.
Per the streamer's official synopsis, "the singles form deep and immediate connections" this season, "setting the stage for an unexpected journey full of twists, turns, and shocking revelations that will test each relationship well after the participants leave the pods for the real world."
