One of Bliss Poureetezadi's favorite memories from the day she and Zack Goytowski welcomed their daughter was the "really special moment" when she received a sentimental gift from her favorite musician.

Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE about her postpartum retreat nonprofit project, Bliss and Zack, who met and married on season 4 of Love Is Blind, dished on all the details regarding the fun gifts they got from their friends and family after welcoming daughter Galileo in May.

"Everyone was so incredibly welcoming, and Vanessa and Nick [Lachey] sent us some messages and a little gift, which was really sweet," Bliss shares with PEOPLE before correcting herself. "It wasn't a little gift. It was a very nice, thoughtful, some flowers and some little gifts for the baby."

There was one gift in particular that really stood out to Bliss. "Another really special moment want to share..the song 'I Hope You Dance' was really key to me and Zack's story," she begins to explain, referring to the 2000 song by Lee Ann Womack.

"And Lee Ann actually made a gift. She's hand-sewed some outfits for Galileo and sent a wombat and some books. That was probably one of the biggest highlights, I think, was receiving that gift from her when Galileo was born," she continues.

Asked if she's been in touch with the singer since, Bliss shares, "A little bit through her assistant and some messages on Instagram. It's just very sweet and kind of amazing that she did that for us."

Thinking back to the celebratory day in May, she adds, "It was just very, very sweet, and we felt so welcomed and so incredibly loved,"

"I know that there's so many people that pay attention to our story and that feel invested in it, and with the capacity in which we're comfortable sharing, we do that too, to let them still feel like they're a part of our journey."

Elsewhere in the interview, Bliss told PEOPLE that she and Zack "definitely" want their daughter to watch their season of the Netflix show.

"I think bringing our baby into our love is so special. We're going to be able to show her how we fell in love and she'll be able to see us get married and watch our proposal and watch our story one day, and that's just so incredibly special."
