Yahoo Lifestyle Lori Loughlin’s SoCal Estate Has Returned to the Market at a Discounted $16.5 Million
Almost a year after it first hit the market with a $17.5 million price tag, Lori Loughlin’s Southern California residence in the guard-gated city of Hidden Hills has lingered on the market with no takers. But now the modern farmhouse-style spread has popped up for sale again after a brief absence, this time with a substantially reduced $16.5 million ask. The listing is held by Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate and Marc Shevin of Douglas Elliman.
The actress, who is probably best known for her turn as Aunt Becky on the long-running TV show Full House, and her fashion designer husband Mossimo Giannulli paid $9.5 million for the property back in summer 2020. Built in 2018 but renovated by the couple during their tenure, the two-story structure rests amid a gated parcel spanning over an acre in the coveted Ashley Ridge Estates enclave and offers six bedrooms and nine baths in nearly 12,000 square feet boasting maple floors, soaring ceilings, and sliding glass doors providing seamless indoor-outdoor environs.

Especially standing out on the main level are a fireside living area resting beneath a striking sky-lit ceiling and a formal dining room sitting across from a climate-controlled wine closet.
