Fans are begging Lizzo to spill all of the nitty-gritty details about her impressive weight loss after the "Juice" singer's latest social media post.

On Tuesday, Jan. 7, the performer posted an Instagram video of herself glistening in the sunlight as she stood next to her pool, conducting some self-care as she showed off slimmer figure in a black string bikini.

In the clip, she oiled herself up to use a set of various wooden tools all over her body, rubbing each of them over all of her visible skin in turn before slapping her open palms against herself.

She finished the clip with a 'fit check, pulling her thick black braids to the front and adjusting the way her swimsuit sat on her body before smiling at the camera.

"I’m proud of the ways you’re deciding to show up for yourself. I’m proud of the boundaries you’ve set. Amazing things will happen to you today," she wrote alongside the video, before encouraging her followers to "say that 3 times out loud."

Fans hyped the Yitty founder up as she flaunted the results of her hard work.

Someone else begged her for "all the tricks and device[s]" she uses to look so "amazing," while another questioned, "What exactly [is] going on here i love a good health hack lol."

It appears that Lizzo was performing a lymphatic drainage massage with the tools, a gentle massage that can help detoxify the body and/or reduce swelling by helping dissolve build-ups of lymph—a colorless fluid made of white blood cells.

Clearly, it's serving her well, as another fan complimented, "You’re so even toned. No stretch marks, chub rub or nothing 😂😍."
