People can't cope with Damian Hurley's 'androgynous' modelling debut

Liz Hurley, 54, may be a world-famous beauty but her lookalike teenage son Damian is giving her a run for her money.

The 17-year-old recently made his modelling debut in a makeup campaign for celebrity artist Pat McGrath’s brand, Pat McGrath Labs.

Family resemblance

Damian - who with his long brunette locks, chiselled cheekbones and piercing green eyes is his actor mum’s doppelgänger - took to Instagram on Thursday to share a snap from the glamorous shoot.

In the ad for PML’s ‘Sublime Perfection’ foundation, the fresh-faced teen smoulders in a black leather biker jacket overtop a white T-shirt.

But it’s his retro bouffant-style ‘do, reminiscent of ‘50s icon Brigitte Bardot, that really steals the show.

“So excited to show you guys something secret I’ve been working,” he announced to his followers - and people just can’t cope.

“Wow...just like your mother,” wrote one fan.

“Beyond gorgeous,” gushed another.

One fan was clearly expecting big things from the youngster, writing, “Model of the year here we come.”

Another praised Damian’s ability to pull off a look that blends feminine and masculine elements, writing, “Androgyny at its finest.”

Others didn’t seem to quite get it, commenting, “Damian is a weird name for a girl.”

His biggest fan, of course, has to be his beloved mum, who wrote, “My north, my south, my east and my west. I love you.”

“So beautiful. We love you!!!” chimed in his mother’s modelling agency, TESS Management, who also have Damian on their books.

In mum’s footsteps

Along with his foray into the modelling world, Damian is also following his mum’s lead into film and TV. He starred as Prince Hansel von Liechtenstein alongside his mum - who played the Queen - in the E! series The Royals.

The pair are very close unlike his father - American millionaire businessman and film producer Steve Bing - who has had limited involvement in his life.

Liz and Steve had a brief relationship following the Bedazzled star’s split from fellow actor Hugh Grant in 2000.

At first, Steve denied that he was Damian’s father but a DNA test proved otherwise and he was forced to pay child support.

Steve’s absence seems to have only strengthened their bond, with Damian often escorting Liz on the red carpet - they have even shared their wardrobe in the past.
