Lila Moss wears mum Kate's leopard print coat
When your mother is Kate Moss, you don't need to go shopping, you just need to dip into her incredible archive. The supermodel's daughter Lila Moss took the opportunity to pull from her mother’s extensive clothing collection this week, attending a Frame dinner as part of Paris Fashion Week dressed in a leopard print double-breasted coat.
Those with a keen memory of Noughties fashion will remember the coat being worn by the supermodel throughout the decade. Almost 20 years later, her daughter put her own modern spin on the leopard print style, layering it over a sheer black lace shirt and leather micro shorts with a pair of sheer tights and suede heels.
The piece was clearly a favourite of Moss', who stepped out wearing the coat on many occasions throughout the 2000s; and if the runways' embrace of animal print over the past few seasons wasn't enough of a sign, its revival by Gen-Z Moss almost 20 years later is a sure sign that the love for leopard-print style is enduring.
It's far from the first time the mother and daughter model duo have borrowed style cues from one another. The 22-year-old stepped out last month in a white top and satin-lapel blazer with a pair of skinny jeans and court heels, an ensemble that looked very inspired by her mother’s go-to off-duty uniform.
Lila has been out and about in various capacities across fashion month as she continues to carve out her own path in the industry. She walked for Burberry's autumn/winter 2025 show in London at the end of February, supporting her mother just a few days earlier at a party celebrating Donna Karan New York's spring 2025 campaign, which featured Kate.
