The 'retreat in a box' that's saving tired mums: 'It makes me look after myself.'

There's no doubt about it, parenting is hard work. Working mums are 28% more likely to experience burnout than fathers, according to studies, with 93% of mums admitting to feeling burned out.
Aussie mum Kate Williams noticed she was feeling exactly that way after having her son Charlie.
“After I had Charlie, I personally experienced burnout from prioritising everything before me," she says. "It’s just so easy to let your practices slip, and before long you’re strung out, exhausted and just not feeling like ‘yourself.'"
She decided to make it easier for mums to look after themselves regularly, and founded Retreat Yourself, giving mums a retreat experience in a box, delivered directly to their door.
The boxes contain everything you need for a few hours of self care, from beauty products to nourishing food.
