Hit the beach in the coolest cossies around.

What do you get when you cross a rooster with a budgerigar? One of the best collabs of the year, is what. This summer, Red Rooster has teamed up with iconic Aussie swimwear brand Budgy Smuggler to create this season's must-have beachwear: the Rooster Smuggler. Think cheeky swimwear that will make a serious statement about your love of fried chicken.

Choose from the men's classic Smuggler or the women's cute two piece Smugglette, both adorned with images of juicy fried chicken.

The tongue-in-cheek beachwear has already been spotted on footy players from the Sydney Roosters, St Kilda and Touch Football Australia as they have some fun during summer training.

All Budgy Smuggler pieces are 100% Australian made, from printing to cutting to sewing. Each pair is made from 86% recycled polyester, and is between 80 and 90 hours chlorine resistant. They're all SPF 50+ and each pair has an adjustable drawstring so they fit you perfectly.

The smugglette tops come with a supportive underband, are seamless and double-layered for extra support. They have wide fixed straps and are made from a silk-smooth polyester blend that feels like a second skin.

Red Rooster has been running for almost 50 years, specialising in roast and fried chicken. Each restaurant runs as an individual small business, employing locals and giving back to the community.

The Aussie institution has recently become known for their kitsch apparel that showcases its delicious menu. Want to declare your love of fried chicken to the world? You can snap up the limited collection from December 8 for a short time only.
