Uh, training was it?
It was long and enduring it.
We trained for about seven weeks, maybe a little bit longer.
Um, once we started filming, but we were doing six days a week, eight hours a day.
Um, and it was just nonstop.
We'd get in there on Sundays for some mornings, do a couple of hours just to sort of do some refresher and some revision work.
But it was a lot.
It was, um it was quite mentally intensive.
I think.
You know, physically, I'm fortunate, you know, I'm quite active and and fit and strong, so that was great.
But the mental side of it, the the remembering, the the brain to body co-ordination, the sort of just getting it down was really hard.
And then just showing up day after day after day doing the same thing was definitely challenging.
It was a big, big block of time and a huge commitment because, obviously, you know, the team want us to succeed.
They want us to look good.
They want us to be able to actually complete the dances.
It's not about, you know, making people look stupid.
Although at times that may have happened but, um, we, um Yeah, we certainly, um, got plenty of practise, but I probably could have done with another seven weeks to really nail it, but, um, yeah, it was It was It was intensive.
It was going from 0 to 100 like, straight away.
