Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky shut down rumours of split with family holiday

Rumours have been swirling for some time about Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky's relationship, but the couple have put on a united front in a family holiday to Fiji.

Both Chris and Elsa have taken to Instagram to upload a series of happy snaps, with the shots coming not long after fans grew concerned about the status of their relationship.

The pair had been holidaying separately in recent months, leading to speculation their marriage was on the rocks, but the family reunion in Fiji had the couple putting on a loved-up display.

In October, Elsa, 47, took the couple's twin sons Tristan and Sasha, 9, to Japan without Chris, while he took their daughter India, 11, on a getaway to Iceland.

Last week Elsa shared a series of photos of herself and her children putting up their Christmas tree, with one person commenting, "Haven’t seen you and @chrishemsworth together in a while, hope all is good."

Another person commented: "No, because the last few months they have not been liking each other’s pictures or taking pictures with each other, something is up, I know it."

Now, posting to Instagram, the couple shared a bunch of cute family and couple pics and videos as they relaxed with their kids, looking carefree and happy despite the ongoing rumours.

"Fiji night in @tavaruaislandresort where the Kava flows as steady as the surf! Bula!" Chris commented his Instagram gallery.

"Fiji family adventures." Elsa captioned hers.

Fans were stoked to see the happy couple together.

"Looks like you all had an amazing time," one person commented.

"Happy holidays beautiful family," another said.
