Kyle Richards, 54, shows off ripped abs in bikini: 'Ageing in reverse'
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has fans saying she looks like a 20-year-old.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards took to her Instagram Stories on Monday to share a photo of her ripped abs in a new black bikini. The reality star recently celebrated her 54th birthday and seems to be entering the new year on a health kick.
The star recently shared a photo from the gym with her BFF Teddi Mellencamp and other friends earlier this month, with Teddi writing, "The girls… we all have different goals, different dreams, but the one thing we have in common is that we want to see each other succeed. That’s friendship but it’s also accountability."
She continued, "Because there’s always going to be a time where you want to give up, want to make excuses, want to quit. But accountability won’t let you. Accountability also means posting this pic despite so many things. Which one of us are you: the one taking the pic, the one who’s like 'why are we taking a pic?', the one who’s always finding her angle, or the one who’s showing off her tree pose?"

Some fans shared their disappointment over the photo, suggesting the women were promoting "toxic" diet culture, with one user writing, "A little disappointed... diet/gym culture can be toxic. New Year goals should be better than body dysmorphic thinking and obsessive attention to obtaining the 'goal instagram body.'"
Others loved the pic, with another fan writing, "Kyle you literally look 21!"
"Kyle you look amazing like a 20yr old," a third agreed.
"Totally obsessed with this!" someone else wrote.
"You all look so young! Ageing in reverse," another fan added.
Many also hit out at Kyle for "stirring the pot" on Real Housewives and claimed she was the reason Lisa Rinna announced she would be leaving the show.
Lisa Rinna on Real Housewives: 'Unhealthy'
Lisa announced she would be leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills earlier this month, telling Interview magazine, "I had a rough year. I never think, 'Oh wow. It's just such a rough year, and I'll never be able to handle it again.' I can always come back and handle something."

However, she noted that "something has gotten to the Housewife Universe because of what's going on in the world, and it's reflected in the way the fans react to the world of Housewives. And I just think it's unhealthy. It wasn't working for me. It wasn't right for me."
She added that she'd made her mind up after filming a particularly intense season 12 reunion, "It's always a scary thing to decide to leave something. But I always know when I need to do something," she said. "What happened was I left, really, right after the reunion. People don't know that. But I let everybody know right after the reunion that I was going to move on, that was going to be it."
