Kim Kardashian Is Mending Her Broken Foot with a Chic Heel-Shaped Cast (and It's Very Camp)
Kardashian was last seen using a knee scooter at the SKIMS store opening in N.Y.C. on Dec. 12
Kim Kardashian is prepared to make a fashionable entrance no matter what.
The mom of four currently has a broken foot, which she shared in her Instagram Stories, captured by Cosmopolitan earlier this month. However, she plans on getting around in the most chic way.
It appears as though the American Horror Story: Delicate actress, 44, has ditched the traditional boot for a fashionable cast shaped like a chic wedge heel.
On Dec. 17, Kardashian shared an Instagram Stories photo of her ankle and limb wrapped with plaster, which was applied in a way that looked like she was wearing a stylish shoe. She even managed to keep her toenails polished with a red pedicure.
The photo provided no further context on Kardashian's injury, which she powered through in order to attend the opening of SKIMS’ new store in New York City on Dec. 12.
Photos taken at the star-studded launch party, attended by Paris Hilton, Cardi B and Ice Spice, showed the star exiting the store on a knee scooter. In some images, she wore slim heels with her sexy ensemble but changed into a cozy boot at some point in the night.

Before her accident, Kardashian was embracing her wild side on a motorcycle for a recent fashion shoot. In Instagram photos shared on Dec. 4, she posed in a sheer bodysuit and slingback heels on a large motorbike. On Dec. 2, she shared a set of images of her modeling a ski mask, crop top, bikini bottoms and camel boots.

Although Kardashian may be taking her impairment in stride, that doesn't mean she's entirely happy about it. In the original photo announcing her mishap, she expressed annoyance at the unfortunate timing of it all before the holidays.
However, it’s unlikely that her accident will throw a wrench in the annual Kardashian-Jenner Christmas Eve plans, which Kardashian revealed are going to be more intimate rather than over-the-top and lavish, unlike their past parties.
“Just because we have a lot of construction going on, so we're doing a really family intimate one that I'm really excited about," Kardashian recently told Vogue of her family’s upcoming “lowkey” gathering. "Still dressing up to the nines, because that's what we do," she added.
