Justin Timberlake's Bulge Goes Viral After Embarrassing Wardrobe Malfunction At Concert
Twenty years after Justin Timberlake accidentally exposed Janet Jackson’s breast during the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show in an infamous wardrobe malfunction that sparked controversy, the singer has now faced his own mortifying wardrobe glitch.
While performing at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, on Thursday, Timberlake, 43, went viral for suffering a wardrobe malfunction after a tightly fitted harness put his crotch on full display.
In a TikTok video captured by a fan in the audience, a fully clothed Timberlake is seen sporting a snug harness that accidentally highlights his bulge as he performs his 2013 tune “Mirrors.”
At one point in the clip, the “Reptile” star tries to adjust himself in the harness while attempting to cover his groin with his shirt to no avail.
Though Timberlake probably wishes he could say “Bye Bye Bye” to the embarrassing moment, TikTok users had a field day sharing their thoughts in the comments section of the clip that’s already amassed 7 million views.
“The way my jaw dropped. Honey NO ONE TOLD HIM during rehearsals? Oof,” one person wrote.
Another commented, “Him constantly trying to cover it with his shirt (laughing emojis).”
“I think you saw Justin’s Timber,” someone else added.
Timberlake, who is currently on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, has not yet addressed the incident. HuffPost has reached out to Timberlake’s reps for comment.
Other TikTok users drew comparisons to fellow singer Chris Brown, who similarly had all eyes on his crotch over the summer after he got stuck in the air mid-concert onstage during a stop at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, amid the 11:11 Tour.
“Definitely not Chris brown in a harness,” one person wrote under the Timberlake clip.
