“She seems a little angry,” the "Cowboy" singer said.
“Years back, when Obama was first elected, I did not vote for him,” he continued.

Obama's office confirmed to People on Jan. 14 that she would not join her husband, former President Barack Obama, at Trump's inauguration.
"There's no overstating her feelings about [Trump]," a source told the outlet.
"She's not one to plaster on a pleasant face and pretend for protocol's sake. Michelle doesn't do anything because it's expected or it's protocol or it's tradition."
"She served in the public eye and did all the public good that she could for eight years as first lady," the insider continued. "You'll see her when she has a project or cause to promote but she doesn't feel the need to be a public figure anymore."
President George W. Bush and his wife, former First Lady Laura Bush, will be at the ceremony, in addition to former President Bill Clinton and his wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Along with Kid Rock, other performers scheduled to appear at the inauguration on Monday, Jan. 20, include Carrie Underwood, Lee Greenwood, Rascal Flatts, Billy Ray Cyrus and the Village People.
Also attending will be Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg.
