Kendall Jenner Channeled Marilyn Monroe With Her Blonde Bob and Red-Hot Sheer Corset Dress
Gentlemen prefer blondes.
Kim Kardashian is no stranger to channeling Marilyn Monroe, but her model sister Kendall Jenner is the latest to draw inspiration from the iconic actress. On Monday, paired her new blonde bob while with a red-hot dress on the Le Défilé L'Oréal Paris runway.
Jenner was photographed modeling a crimson-colored dress with an asymmetric mock-neck, gloved long sleeves, a corseted midsection with sheer paneling, an attached bra, cutouts at her midsection and chest, a scarf-like detail that floated behind her, and a skirt that was left open on one side to reveal built-in tights. Strappy red sandals blended in with the stockings, and Jenner ditched accessories altogether.
Jenner finished off the look with Marilyn Monroe-coded glam that included her new blonde lob, which she debuted earlier this month and a vibrant cherry-colored lip that matched her look.
During the Le Défilé L'Oréal Paris—Walk Your Worth Womenswear Spring-Summer 2025 show, Jenner was joined on the runway by fellow model and friend Cara Delevingne, who wore a floor-length red trench coat with matching booty shorts and no top. The star-studded runway featured other L'Oréal ambassadors and celebrities, including Andie MacDowell, Eva Longoria, Jane Fonda, Viola Davis, Alia Bhatt, Simone Ashley, and more, also walked during the event.
Jenner first debuted the golden blonde hairdo on September 11, with an Instagram photo dump aptly captioned, "blonded." Jenner's colorist Jenna Perry told Vogue that the look was inspired by another iconic influential blonde in history: Caroline Bessette-Kennedy.
“She is really inspired by the '90s and Caroline Bessette-Kennedy right now," Perry said. The stylist also noted that the enviable color wasn't achieved in one sitting. “It took me two days to take her this gorgeous shade of golden blonde," she added.
