"The biggest announcement to make, we are so happy to share that Live is hitting the road," Ripa, 54, exclaimed. "And this time, we're heading to Palm Springs!"
"We're doing four shows from the Westin Rancho Mirage Golf and Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, California," Consuelos revealed.
Ripa then chimed in to add that the shows at the Palm Springs-area resort will take place on Nov. 10 and Nov. 11, and fans who want a chance to be in the studio audience should head over to the Live With Kelly and Mark website to request tickets.
"So excited," the 53-year-old actor added. "Can't wait, can't wait. So beautiful out there."
The joy-filled news comes a little over a week after the couple revealed another major change affecting their ABC morning talk show in the not-too-distant future.
During the Oct. 1 episode, Ripa told the audience she and her husband of 28 years recently toured "the new studios, because our show is finally moving to a new location" in New York City.
While they don't know when the big move to the new SoHo studios will happen, the longtime media personality suggested it's "not going to happen for some time."
"I still don’t believe it’s going to happen," she joked.
