Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are no strangers to thirsting over each other on live TV (and on the internet), but during a recent episode of their morning show, Live with Kelly and Mark, Ripa had a NSFW comment about their sex life.

The duo, who has been filming their show in Palm Springs, California, this week, played a game on the show called Stump Mark. It involved Consuelos having to answer which of two statements about a viewer was false. The call-in contestant, a woman named Janet from Washington state, told Consuelos that the weather was "wet" where she was, to which Consuelos jokingly responded, "A small part of us is happy that it's raining somewhere else."

When Consuelos accurately guessed her lie and her truth (that she got a pink moped for her birthday), the crowd booed, with Ripa's encouraging them with "that's right, that's right, boo him, audience!"

"Don't boo me! I can't help it, it just comes out of me," Consuelos exclaimed. "Listen, Janet, I'm sorry. I'm sorry you ride a pink moped."

Ripa then assured Janet that she would punish her husband for his behavior.

"Janet, just so you know, Mark's not going to get lucky tonight," she said, before she clarified to her husband. "Calm down! These are just jokes."

The husband-and-wife duo has become known for their flirtations on screen and on social media. But, they're also not afraid to get candid about the realities of marriage. Most recently, the two spoke about the concept of "gray divorce" on the show, and Ripa teased that she wanted one.

"I was reading this article, and I started talking to Mark about it, and Mark got very defensive," Ripa said during an episode last month. "Back in 1990, only 8.7 percent of marriages among people over 50 ended in divorce. And by 2019, that number had jumped to 36 percent."

"Oh, I want one," she said after listening to the article's audio instead of reading it. "Like it sounds like something amazing and then you realize, oh, this is very dark subject matter. But the voice of the narrator is so soothing."
