Katy Perry Casually Wears Star-Shaped Nipple Pasties (and Part of a Turtleneck?) in New '143' Cover

Katy Perry just dropped a new cover for her album 143 (exclusively available at Urban Outfitters) and she truly went allllll out with her look. By which I mean she's wearing a dress that consists of star-shaped nipple pasties, part of a sleeveless turtleneck, some random netting, and plenty of cut-outs.

In case you hadn't noticed, Katy's album roll-out hasn't exactly been smooth sailing thanks to her single "Woman's World" being critically panned and falling off the charts, but she's planing to drop her next single "Lifetimes" next week (along with a music video), so stay tuned for that!

Oh, and FYI, Katy explained the meaning behind her album name during a convo with Zane Lowe on Apple Music, saying, "It's called 143. It's my angel number. It's my symbol. It's my sign. You know, couple years ago, we were going through a little bit of a hard time medically in our family, and it was a little bit scary. And I started seeing 143 in many different ways, not just, like, on the phone. It was just like trippy, almost. And I looked it up, and it's code for 'I love you.'"

"I really believe it was my angels, my guides, saying, 'I love you. We got you. We're going to protect you. You're exactly where you're meant to be. You're on the path,'" Katy continued, noting that she named the album 143 because she feels like she's "exactly where I'm meant to be at this moment."
