Kate Middleton Is Back in the Gym and 'Doing All the Things She Wanted' After Completing Chemo
The Princess of Wales is reportedly training once more
Kate Middleton is reportedly resuming her go-to workout routine after completing chemotherapy treatment.
Since the Princess of Wales, 42, announced on Sept. 9 that she had completed chemotherapy, royal author Robert Jobson reports that she’s now back at the gym, returning to her regular routine after first revealing her cancer treatment in March.
"From what I understand, Catherine is doing very well. She is back training at the gym and doing all the things she wanted to do," Jobson told Hello! in a Nov. 4 interview.
"I do think that we will start to see a lot more of her, and that she will carry out engagements as well as continuing to work behind the scenes," added the author of Catherine, the Princess of Wales: A Biography of the Future Queen.
Kensington Palace had no comment when reached by PEOPLE.
Princess Kate is known for her varied workout routines, which include cold swimming, tennis, interval training and more, as well as jumping on the trampoline and staying active with her children Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6.
She also typically participates in sports during royal engagements whenever the opportunity arises.

"There are no blow-dries—it's always hair up in a ponytail," a friend previously told PEOPLE about Princess Kate's private world. "She's either in her gym clothes, or a dress and sneakers, very little makeup, apologizing as she's late for the school run before dashing off. It's the life of a working mom with three young children—just a different sort of day job to most."
Though the Princess of Wales is a full-time working royal alongside her husband, Prince William, she reprioritized her calendar in 2024 to focus on her health after announcing in March that she was undergoing chemotherapy treatment. Though Kate described it as a "relief" to have completed chemo in the Sept. 9 video, she is not expected to fully resume royal duties anytime soon.
"She had a lovely summer and is very focused on her wellbeing. She is definitely going to be doing less," a source in her circle previously told PEOPLE.

Princess Kate attended two public events between the March and September announcements — Trooping the Colour in June and Wimbledon in July — and has appeared at several other events since sharing that she completed chemo.
The Princess of Wales made a surprise appearance at Windsor Castle on Oct. 2 to meet a young photographer navigating cancer after the teen captured an investiture ceremony helmed by Prince William. A few days later, on Oct. 10, she joined William in Southport to show support for the community grieving in the wake of the deadly attack on July 29 in which three young girls were killed and 10 others were injured at a Taylor Swift-themed yoga and dance class.

"The Princess of Wales broke off and came back into the building to give a hug to the people who responded because she could see the emotion in them and could see it was difficult for them to relay their feelings and to say how impactful events have been," Merseyside chief fire officer Phil Garrigan told The Sun of Princess Kate's warm move towards first responders she and William met with to hear about their experiences responding to the Southport stabbing
"I think that just shows a really caring side and is very touching for them," Garrigan said.
Behind the scenes, the Princess of Wales has also been holding meetings with her team to organize a fourth edition of her Christmas carol concert at Westminster Abbey, which PEOPLE confirmed will happen in December.
She also plans to join the royal family at the Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday, Nov. 10.
