Kate Beckinsale has a message for the internet trolls.

The 50-year-old British actress responded to recent criticism of her appearance by donning a black one-piece swimsuit with silver lettering that reads, "I did not ask your opinion."

Beckinsale showed off the bold look, which was custom-made by the brand Mua Mua, on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, July 17. In the photos, the Underworld actress accessorized her swimwear with a massive woven hat, embellished sunglasses and platform sandals.

Mua Mua shared the photos to their own page, prompting one user to comment, "I don't have much of an opinion here but I do wonder why all the Instagram posts if you're not interested in people's opinions."

The brand replied, "Kate was bullied on line so I made her that swimsuit."

The statement-making swimsuit is likely in response to the criticism Beckinsale has faced over her appearance amid her recent health crisis.

The star began posting photos from a hospital stay in March and after returning home, continued to allude to mysterious medical issues. Earlier this month, the star finally disclosed that she burned "a hole" in her esophagus which made her "vomit copious amounts of blood."

Beckinsale's explanation came as a response to an Instagram comment that suggested she was too thin and should "go do some squats."

"No, actually," Beckinsale said. "I watched my stepfather [director Roy Battersby] die quite shockingly, my mother has stage 4 cancer, and I lost a lot of weight from stress and grief, quite quickly," she said. "I was in the hospital for six weeks because the grief had burned a hole in my oesophagus [sic] which made me vomit copious amounts of blood."

She continued in the comment, "I found eating very hard and I just worked very very hard on a movie that was actually quite triggering because it also involved the theme of the death of my father. So I’m not really concerned about what you think about my ass."

Battersby died in January at age 87 after a "brief illness," according to a statement shared by Beckinsale.

In June, Beckinsale shared an Instagram carousel that included videos of herself wearing an oversize black hair bow that coordinated with her all-black outfit. "Please take that ridiculous bow off," one user commented on the post.

The actress clapped back in a comment, "As I said before, take that expression off your bitter a-- face. Unless you can't. In which case, condolences."
