Kanye West Posts Questionably NSFW Video and Bianca Censori Is Nowhere to Be Seen

Kanye West has made headlines countless times in recent years for sharing super-revealing pics and videos of his wife, Bianca Censori, on social media—but his most recent revealing post had nothing to do with his spouse at all.

On Wednesday, Jan. 15, the rapper shared a throwback video via his Instagram Stories featuring a completely bare Pamela Anderson presenting Hugh Hefner with a cake on his 82nd birthday in 2008. (Hefner died at 91 in 2017.)

In the clip, Anderson wore nothing but a pair of heels as she spun around and kissed Hefner, who gripped the actress by the waist, according to TMZ.

West paired the video with audio repeating the words, "Hide your b***h."

While it's not clear why the Grammy winner shared the footage, some social media users speculated the Baywatch star might not approve.

"I don’t think Pamela Anderson is going to like what Kanye did …" one X user wrote.

"Erm did Pamela Anderson approve Kanye to post that video or…?" another person wanted to know.

Anderson and West have collaborated in the past, with the 57-year-old actress appearing in his music video for "Touch the Sky" in 2006.

The former Playmate made her first appearance on the cover of Playboy in October 1989, going on to grace the cover 13 times in total—more than anyone else in the history of the magazine, according to Us Weekly.

Anderson received her first-ever Golden Globes nomination in 2025 for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture Drama for her starring turn in The Last Showgirl.

In an appearance on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live this month, she called her recent accolades "the best payback" for "tawdry moments" earlier in her career surrounding the sex tape scandal with her ex-husband, Tommy Lee.
