Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have just tied the knot in a ceremony held straight after the Billboard Music Awards.

Former teen idol Joe wed Games of Thrones actress Sophie in a Las Vegas wedding chapel after obtaining a marriage license earlier on Wednesday.

News of the nuptials first surfaced on Diplo’s Instagram story when the US-based DJ began posting footage from the impromptu ceremony.

In the clips, the couple is seen entering the chapel with Sophie in a white gown while Joe and his brothers were dressed in suits.

"Gonna hit up this wedding real quick," Diplo captioned the clip.

The union was confirmed by Entertainment Tonight who obtained a copy of the couple's marriage license.

Joe and Sophie first began dating in late 2016 and were engaged the following October.

Hours before they tied the knot, Joe and the The Jonas Brothers performed at the Billboard Awards in what was their most high profile show since announcing reunion plans earlier this year.
