Yahoo Lifestyle Jodie Foster's Son Looks Sleek in Bright Eye Shadow for Rare Appearance at 2025 SAG Awards
Jodie Foster looked glamorous as she stepped onto the red carpet at the 31st Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards — and her special date looked incredibly dapper as well.
The 62-year-old actress, who was nominated for outstanding performance by a female actor in a television movie or limited series for her performance in True Detective: Night Country, had son Charlie Foster on her arm when she arrived at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sunday, Feb. 23.
Foster donned a floor-length sparkling gown, while Charlie, 26, looked sleek in a classic tuxedo. He accented his look with what appears to be light red eyeshadow.
The mother of two shares sons Charlie and Christopher “Kit” Bernard with ex Cydney Bernard; she met the film producer on the set of the 1993 film Sommersby before they reportedly split in 2008.
In 2013, when Jodie accepted the Cecil B. Demille Award at the Golden Globes, she opened up about her personal life by formally coming out. Addressing Bernard at the 2013 Golden Globes, Jodie said, according to People, “I am so proud of our modern family. Our amazing sons, Charlie and Kit, who are my reason to breathe and to evolve.”
Foster has been has been married to photographer Alexandra Hedison since 2014.
At this year’s ceremony, Foster was nominated for outstanding performance by a female actor in a television movie or limited series. Others in her category include Cate Blanchett for Disclaimer, Lily Gladstone for Under the Bridge, Kathy Bates for The Great Lillian Hall, Cristin Milioti for The Penguin and Jessica Gunning, who won for her performance in Baby Reindeer.

Kristen Bell serves as host of the 2025 SAG Awards, though her husband, Dax Shepard, appeared to be absent.
In addition to hosting the SAG Awards, Bell is nominated for her role in Netflix's rom-com series Nobody Wants This, which was renewed for a second season in October 2024.
The 2025 SAG Awards will be streamed live on Netflix from 8 p.m. ET.
