Jock Zonfrillo's wife reveals heartbreaking detail about his funeral

Jock Zonfrillo's wife Lauren Fried has revealed a heartbreaking detail about the celebrity chef's funeral, leaving fans in tears.

Lauren shared a number of snaps from the MasterChef finale that aired on Sunday night, revealing she wore the same tartan he had worn during the episode to his funeral.

"What a gorgeous man, always happiest in his kilt. This is the fly plaid (tartan over his shoulder) that I chose to wear to Jock’s funeral, the last one he wore," she wrote.

"Missing his smile and energy so much," Andy Allen replied.

Gordon Ramsay commented with a series of love heart emojis.

"I feel like now MasterChef 2023 is over, the real grieving for him has begun," one fan commented. "I didn’t know him personally, only through TV but when I heard the news, I wept.
