Jessica Alba has been spotted out for the first time since her reported separation from husband Cash Warren.

The actress and Honest Company co-founder, 43, was seen in Los Angeles on Monday, Jan. 13, shopping at Erewhon supermarket and heading to a park in Hollywood, according to photos published by Page Six on Jan. 14. She was not wearing a wedding ring in the photos.

TMZ reported Jan. 9 that Alba and Warren, 45, have separated and are preparing for divorce after 16 years of marriage. After news of the split, a source told PEOPLE they are still "friends and all about the kids": Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 7.

"No matter what's going on right now, it seems they will remain close," said the source. "If they're filing for divorce, it's not because of some hateful drama. They still look happy together."

Alba and her film-producer husband tied the knot in May 2008. They first met in Vancouver in 2004 on the set of the superhero film Fantastic Four. The actress played Sue Storm, while Warren worked as a director's assistant.

Alba has been focusing on relief efforts in L.A. as wildfires continue to devastate the city and many of its surrounding neighborhoods.

On Wednesday, Jan. 15, the Trigger Warning star shared on Instagram that she "had the privilege of spending the afternoon at @baby2baby" on Jan. 14, "with so many beautiful souls, packing fire relief hygiene kits for children," adding, "This Friday, 750 kits will be distributed to kids who have either been evacuated or lost their homes in the Altadena fire."

"Baby2Baby — an organization that’s always been close to my heart as a founding board member and ambassador — works tirelessly to ensure families receive the essentials they truly need, especially children," Alba continued.

"Thanks to overwhelming support from the community, friends, donors, and corporations — both local and nationwide — Baby2Baby has already distributed 2.5 million items since the fires began last Tuesday!"

The actress went on to request others "please consider joining us in giving back, whether by volunteering, donating, helping a neighbor, or sending prayers."

"Our community needs us, and each of us has the power to help in some way. Everything counts, and together, we can make a difference. Los Angeles is truly the city of angels, and seeing the angels on the ground, serving our community, is incredibly moving," Alba said, concluding with, "Links in bio for ways you can support."
