Jennifer Affleck felt defeated following her husband Zac's reaction to her trip to Chippendales.

The night out — set up by Jessi Ngatikaura as a surprise for Layla Taylor's birthday and a treat for the rest of the women — took a turn for the worse after Jen filled husband Zac Affleck in on what was going on.

After texting Zac, he called her and an argument ensued where he "questioned [her] character."

"My husband is blowing up my phone and he is absolutely besides himself. I should have known. The difference between the saints and the sinners is that for someone like me, I think most of my friends know where my boundaries are at with my husband," Jen explains in a confessional.

"Me being a part of this group of girls has already been a lot for him, and I really think this just kind of crossed the line."

On the bus back to the house, Jen explains to Taylor Frankie Paul and Mikayla Matthews, “What’s hard is I love him so much, and I don’t want to disappoint him. I just… in this situation, I was giving him the chance to be more chill, you know?”

“Zac’s making me feel like I did do something, like I cheated on him or something. I clearly didn’t do anything, and he knows my heart and my intentions," Jen says in a confessional. "And so it’s so upsetting that he doesn’t believe me or trust me. I would never do anything to jeopardize our marriage and it makes me sad that he doesn’t feel that way."

After they get back from the house, Jen gets a text from Zac that reads, "I'm done, Jen. Not interested in talking. I can't do this anymore with you."

The rest of the women check in with Jen when they get home, and they're shocked at how upset Jen is as they recap the parts of the night they missed.

“He says he’s just done with everything," she cries. "He's saying, 'I'm not going to be married to someone who doesn’t have values and morals. I'm like what have I done in the situation to like lose your trust?'”

"He has no right to be saying those things and threatening your marriage," Demi says to Jen. "That's really weird to me. Someone who carried two of your freaking children and has been nothing but supportive and has been bending over backward to try to support him through medical school and everything? That's gross, sorry. No other way to put it."

Demi concluded, "It's like he’s judging you on something you didn’t even do. That's not okay. I know that doesn't make the situation better.”

Jennifer agreed, unsure of how to move forward with her husband.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is currently streaming on Hulu.
