Jenn Tran on the Crazy Ways She Prevents Wardrobe Malfunctions on 'The Bachelorette'

Jenn Tran is perhaps the all-time best-dressed star in The Bachelorette history.

She hasn’t been afraid to show off her curves in sexy gowns for cocktail parties, one-on-one dinner dates and rose ceremonies throughout Season 21 of the hit ABC reality show.

Even her casual wear is sizzling hot, including crop tops, mini dresses and tight pants.

The first Asian American franchise lead, 26, has certainly turned the heads of the male contestants, who have all praised her beauty as well as her brains.

She kicked off the season in a white hourglass gown for her Bachelorette premiere on July 8 and the fashion parade has continued all season, including the Aug. 19 hometowns episode in which Jenn rocked a full-length Marilyn Monroe style white dress with shockingly deep cleavage.

Recently, Jenn, who is known for her refreshing candor, sat down with Parade to reveal how she’s been keeping “the girls” looking perfect in her goddess gowns.

How does Jenn prevent wardrobe malfunctions on The Bachelorette?

With so many revealing gowns, the wardrobe team pulled out all the stops to make sure Jenn's looks didn't reveal too much. This is network TV after all!

When Parade exclusively asked Jenn if she used breast tape for the revealing looks, she said, "Absolutely! Of course. There were so many different boobage [aids] that we were using—breast tape, nip covers, bras, metal bras, everything. Because every dress is different and you accommodate accordingly."

Jenn's Bachelorette glam squad was so skilled that she told Parade there were “no wardrobe malfunctions that I can remember.”

Jenn, a physician assistant who lives in Miami, told Parade before her season started that she "loved the wardrobe, all the dresses I wore this season."

While she didn't have an exact count, she said she loves dresses.

"I wear scrubs to work but I’m someone who loves to dress up. My closet is full of dresses that I probably have never worn. I think they look really pretty and then I don’t have an event to wear them to. So I am like a dress collector.”

What does Jenn do with all her dresses?

Jenn told Parade she spreads her love for dresses around by loaning them out to her friends. “It’s really nice because my friends come over and they always have a dress for whatever occasion that they need," she said. "They don’t have to go shopping. They shop in my closet.”

Jenn said she had “a lot” of input into her Bachelorette wardrobe. She previously told Parade, “I’m not going to wear something that I don’t feel comfortable in." The show's stylist worked with Jenn to get to know her personality and what she would and would not want to wear. "He shopped for me, and picked pieces I would love. If I didn’t, I would tell him, ‘I need to wear something else’ and he was really accommodating.”

As Femestella has reported, on week three, Jenn flaunted herself in a Giuseppe Di Morabito silver crystal halter gown. For her Wicked-themed date with Marcus Schoberg, the star’s curve-hugging button-down pink mini-dress was from Maje.

Jenn also has been seen in a Mac Duggal pink off-the-shoulder tulle ball gown. Fans have enjoyed her up-to-the-minute style in a Sherri Hill yellow floral sequin v-neck gown and an A.L.C. white crossover halter jumpsuit.

Not all her looks are low-cut, either! She was simply stunning in a Retrofete purple sequin high neck gown.
