Jackie 'O' Henderson reveals surprising rules for online dating: 'Deal breaker'
The radio host spilled on what she looks for in a potential match.
Just over a week after signing up for the dating app Hinge, Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has revealed exactly what she’s looking for in a future partner.
Speaking with her co-host Kyle Sandilands on The Kyle & Jackie O Show on Tuesday morning, the radio and TV star shared her list of dos and don’ts when it comes to online dating profiles.
“I’ll tell you what makes a good profile is not too many selfies, because if every single one is a selfie it’s a little bit, you know,” she described. “But you can forgive it, so it’s not a deal breaker.
“It’s nice sometimes if you see them with their friends in one picture, because you can have six pictures up.”

The former Masked Singer judge went on to detail the types of photos her ideal man would have on his profile.
“One with your friends, one with an animal or something is good, one doing a sport, one maybe travelling,” she listed.
Jackie reveals her daughter's surprising comments
During the chat, Jackie also revealed the surprising comments her 12-year-old daughter Kitty had made while going through her dating profile.
Jackie shared that after she told Kitty she had created an account on Hinge, her daughter asked if she could swipe through potential matches with her for fun.
“She saw this cute guy, and he was a bit young, to be honest, but he was hot and her first words were, ‘Oh smash!’,” she recalled. “I could’ve died! Smash means, ‘I’d root him’!”
She then explained to her colleagues that ‘smash or pass’ is a popular trend online where people decide whether or not they’d hook up with someone based on their looks.
After Kyle said he was “horrified” by his goddaughter’s comments, Jackie assured him that Kitty eventually “checked herself” and stopped saying it.
“She went, ‘I better not say “smash” because if he ends up being my step-dad, my first words about him were “I’d smash”’,” she laughed.
Jackie's on-air announcement
Jackie announced on-air last week that she was officially ready to start dating again, almost five years after she split from her husband Lee Henderson.
She explained she wasn’t necessarily on Hinge to find a long-term relationship, but just wants “to have a little bit of fun and go on dates”.
“That doesn’t mean I want Tinder hook-ups either,” she remarked. “I’ll just go out on a date and see what happens.”
Jackie added that she prefers to date men aged between 35 and 55, and she won’t “go down on a guy” on a first date.
