Jack Vidgen, 24, goes shirtless to flaunt gym transformation
He's been up in the gym, working on his fitness and former teen star Jack Vidgen isn't afraid to show off the results.
The 24-year-old singer flaunted his fit figure in a shirtless mirror selfie he shared on his Instagram Stories following a workout at a Sydney gym on Monday.
'Love the results'
Jack, who won the 2011 season of Australia's Got Talent, posed in a pair of shorts in the chic locker room after working up a sweat with celebrity trainer, Jodie Parker.
According to Jodie's Instagram, she has been working with Jack for seven weeks during which time he's gained 3kg of muscle.
"Absolutely love the results we are creating together," she captioned a video of Jack doing a set of tricep pushdowns.
Jodie also shared a clip of the recent I'm A Celebrity campmate working on his back muscles with the caption, "Results driven".

Jack's journey
Jack first shot to fame after taking out the top spot on AGT as a 14-year-old, an experience he later said "can really f**k you up".
At age 16, Jack dipped into his $250,000 AGT prizemoney in order to relocate to LA in hopes of establishing an international music career.
Sadly, things didn’t work out and he ended up burning through all his cash before long only to return to Australia and retreat from the public eye.
“I stopped singing. I didn't do any work-related singing for five years. I backpacked in Europe. I got really involved in church life. I worked in aged care, I worked in my uncle’s deli,” he said on the podcast TV Reload in January.
Eight years after his TV debut, Jack made a triumphant return to form on The Voice — revealing newly plumped lips and smooth visage after ‘experimenting with fillers’.
In February, ahead of his first-ever performance at the 2021 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, he told Yahoo Lifestyle that he now feels more comfortable in his own skin, after years of struggling.
"It’s been really nice [with it] being 10 years since I kind of first came onto people’s TVs, it’s been a nice full-circle moment to have people getting to know me and getting to know the me that is a lot more comfortable in my own skin now," he said.
