Meghan Markle 'ignored' by Prince Harry in awkward new clip
New footage has emerged of a somewhat awkward moment between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle during their first solo outing since becoming parents to baby Archie Mountbatten-Windsor.
The royal couple were out enjoying London’s first Major League Baseball game on Saturday, as the initiative is a partner of the Invictus Games Foundation.
After they were snapped schmoozing with players and most of the cameras stopped rolling, the couple took their seats and sunk into relative anonymity amongst the crowd.
Sitting toward the back of the stands, the Duke and Duchess chatted with other baseball fans as the New York Yankees took on the Boston Red Sox.
However, while Prince Harry was engaged deep in conversation with a friend, his wife is seen, unsuccessfully, trying to insert herself into the chat - reminding us all that, yes, the royals are just as awkward as us.
Rocking her trademark smile, the Duchess leaned over to Harry and began speaking at the same time he turned to chat to the person on his other side.
The 37-year-old took it as a sign and turned back to herself, likely because Harry would’ve struggled to hear her over the stadium’s screaming crowd.
It’s only unfortunate for her that the cameras managed to capture it and it then got shared on Twitter.

“Is it my imagination or is Harry ignoring her?” asked one user.
The Sussexes aren’t the only ones to be caught up in awkward situations on camera at royal events.
Kate Middleton was accused of ignoring Camilla Parker-Bowles at last month’s Order of the Garter when the elder duchess attempted to join her daughter-in-law’s conversation with Queen Letizia of Spain.
