The Super Bowl festivities kick off long before game day!
New Orleans won’t just be hosting the matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles—it will also be buzzing with parties and events in the days leading up to Super Bowl Sunday.
Peter O’Reilly, NFL executive vice president of club business, major events, and international, has said, "Hosting the Super Bowl for the 11th time, this city’s vibrant culture and deep-rooted connection to football make it the perfect global stage for our biggest event of the year, and we’re thrilled to work with all of our local partners to bring an unmatched experience to fans both here and around the world."
From NFL-sanctioned events to concerts and a fashion show, here’s a look at some of the off-field action happening before the AFC and NFC champions hit the field at Caesars Superdome.
2025 Super Bowl Parties and Events in New Orleans
FanDuel and Spotify's Super Bowl Party
Blink-182, Megan Thee Stallion and DJ Pee .Wee (aka Anderson .Paak) will be hitting the stage at FanDuel and Spotify's star-studded Super Bowl bash. The invite-only party, powered by Spotify AUX, is taking place on Friday, Feb. 7, in New Orleans. According to Spotify, "some of the hottest names in sports and entertainment" will be appearing on FanDuel’s blue carpet.
The One Party by Uber
Uber will once again be hosting The One Party by Uber. Travis Scott will headline the event at Second Line Stages on Friday, Feb. 7, with special guests. The One Party by Uber, featuring performances, as well as bites from top local Uber Eats restaurants, is an Uber One members-only event. Bud Light Backyard Presents Post Malone
Aside from appearing in a Super Bowl ad for Bud Light, the official beer sponsor of the NFL, Post Malone will take to the stage at The Fillmore on Friday, Feb. 7, for the Bud Light Backyard show in New Orleans. “Super Bowl is always a wild time and I’m stoked to make the most of it this year by getting back on stage with Bud Light,” Post Malone said in statement. “Friday Night. New Orleans. Super Bowl. A couple cold ones with my fans? Let’s get this party started!”

Super Bowl Experience at Ernest N. Morial Convention Center
The NFL's "immersive football festival" will be taking place Wednesday, Feb. 5, through Saturday, Feb. 8. The event offers fans the chance to meet current NFL players and legends for autographs, plus take photos with the Vince Lombardi Trophy, check out a display featuring all 58 Super Bowl rings, shop for exclusive gear at the NFL Shop presented by Visa, and enjoy interactive games and NFL FLAG clinics.
Leigh Steinberg's 38th Annual Super Bowl Party
Athletes, along with stars of film and screen, influencers, business executives, and philanthropists will be coming together at New Orleans' Jazz Museum for the Leigh Steinberg Super Bowl Party. This year's event on Saturday, Feb. 8, will showcase the Steinberg DeNicola Humanitarian Awards, which "recognize outstanding individuals in the NFL community who stand as leaders in their community, model exceptional behavior, and who dedicate their time to addressing and improving the welfare of humanity." Proceeds from the event will benefit the National Urban League.
Shaq’s Fun House
Shaquille O'Neal is bringing his Fun House to New Orleans. The "spirit of Mardi Gras" will be coming to life at the NBA legend's part festival, part circus, and part carnival event. John Summit, Ludacris, DJ Diesel a.k.a. Shaq, in addition to DJ Irie and Myles O'Neal are set to perform. Shaq's Fun House at Mardi Gras World on Friday, Feb. 7, will also feature oversized carnival rides and interactive circus performers. See what tickets are available here.

Sports Illustrated The Party
SI The Party, dubbed "the most coveted ticket outside of the Big Game itself," is returning this Super Bowl weekend with performances by Diplo, Dom Dolla, Myles O'Neal and DJ Irie. Attendees can also look forward to branded experiences from CELSIUS, Anheuser-Busch, Pepsi, Verizon, U.S. Polo Assn., St. James Iced Tea and more. Tickets and VIP tables for the event, which is being held at Mardi Gras World on Saturday, Feb. 8, went on sale back in December. Matt Goldstein, EVP of Entertainment and Special Projects at Authentic Brands Group, Sports Illustrated’s parent company, said in a previous press release: "We've built SI The Party into a must-attend event, where sports and culture converge in a celebration that is second to none. With New Orleans as our backdrop and our unparalleled lineup of talent, this will be the most exciting SI The Party yet.”

Super Bowl Host Committee Parade in the French Quarter
The first-ever Super Bowl Host Committee Parade will be taking place on Saturday, Feb. 8, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. CT, in the heart of the French Quarter. It will be free and open to the public, and will begin at the corner of Esplanade Avenue and Decatur Street. A star-studded lineup of celebrity guests and athletes is promised at the parade, which is said to be a "celebration of New Orleans hosting its record-tying 11th Super Bowl, featuring Super Bowl-themed floats from NFL partners, high school and college marching bands, and local stomping groups, all highlighting the city’s unique culture to the world." The parade will be streamed on Nola.com and broadcasted on WDSU NBC News Channel 6.
EA SPORTS Presents Madden Bowl
Chris Stapleton, Jelly Roll and Shaboozey will be headlining the event on Friday, Feb. 7, at the Orpheum Theater. Tucker Wetmore will also be performing at EA SPORTS Presents Madden Bowl. “EA SPORTS is a cornerstone of Super Bowl Week, and on Friday at Super Bowl LIX we’re bringing together fans, music, athletes, esports, and Madden in an unforgettable celebration of football," John Reseburg, VP, Marketing, Partnerships, and Communications for EA SPORTS, said in a press release. “New Orleans is one of the greatest and most passionate sports cities in the world, and with a line-up including Chris Stapleton, Jelly Roll, Shaboozey, and more, this is going to be an absolutely electric night at EA SPORTS Presents Madden Bowl.” EA SPORTS Presents Madden Bowl will be streamed live on Twitch and on YouTube at 6 p.m. CT.
Louisiana Culture Festival at the French Market
The Louisiana Culture Festival will be hosted by the French Market, in partnership with the Host Committee, Lieutenant Governor Nungesser, Louisiana Office of Tourism, and the National Park Service, on Friday, Feb. 7, and Saturday, Feb. 8. According to the NFL and the New Orleans Host Committee, the festival "will highlight the many cultures of Louisiana with unique booths and activations featuring local Native American tribes and a cultural corner with basket weaving, storytelling, and cooking and dance demonstrations."
Super Bowl Breakfast at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center
The NFL-sanctioned event has been hosted by Athletes in Action since 1988. It is described as "one of the largest public banquet events taking place during Super Bowl week with an average attendance between 1,500–2,000." During the event, the Bart Starr Award is presented to a current NFL player for "outstanding character, integrity and leadership on and off the field."
Fanatics’ Super Bowl Party
According to Page Six, Travis Scott, Post Malone and Don Toliver will be playing at Fanatics’ Super Bowl party on the eve of the big game. The outlet reported that showbiz sources told them that the party on Feb. 8 is expected to attract more A-list performers, and at least five other music stars are confirmed to play so far.
Captain Morgan's Rum Street Celebration
Captain Morgan, the official spiced rum sponsor of the NFL, will be turning Bourbon Street into Rum Street for the 2025 Super Bowl. T-Pain will deliver a performance on Saturday, Feb. 8, at the Rum Street HQ. In a statement, the Grammy winner said, "Captain Morgan is taking Bourbon Street to another level, and as far as legends go, it takes one to know one," adding, "Get ready, New Orleans, Rum Street is going to bring the party like no other."
UnKommon Events' Pre-Game Party
Unkommon Events, an innovative event production company, is hosting its first annual unKommon events pre-game party featuring performances by Diplo and DJ unKommon. The party is happening on Friday, Feb. 7, at Generations Hall in New Orleans. For tickets, see here.
Maxim Big Game Party 2025: Saints and Sinners
Loud Luxury, Timbaland, Plastik Funk and dj unkommon will be performing at Maxim's Saints and Sinners party presented by Unkommon Events on Feb. 8 at Generations Hall. "For the past 20 years, the VIP event has drawn the biggest celebrities, athletes, media, leaders, and top brands together to create the most important entertainment moment outside the halftime show - this year promises to be no different," per the event's ticket page. The GQ Bowl
If you prefer fashion to football, this one's for you. The inaugural GQ Bowl fashion show will be happening in NOLA on Friday, Feb. 7. The event at the Hotel Peter & Paul in New Orleans will showcase American designer Emily Adams Bode Aujla's Spring 2025 Bode Rec. collection. According to GQ, the GQ Bowl is "a toast to the global symbiosis of sports and fashion," and "a nod to Bode Aujla’s ongoing homage to historical sportswear traditions."
Taste of the NFL Presented by Frito-Lay, Quaker, and the PepsiCo Foundation
Calling all foodies! The Taste of the NFL, referred to as Super Bowl LIX’s largest philanthropic event, will feature a line-up of "world-renowned chefs and homegrown culinary talent who have helped propel New Orleans to the top ranks of U.S. food destinations." At the event, happening Feb. 8 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., attendees can taste "a sophisticated, global blend of cuisines curated" by Chefs Andrew Zimmern, Carla Hall, Tim Love, Lasheeda Perry, Mark Bucher and over 20 locally loved Louisiana chefs. Among the dishes that will be served is a Viet-Cajun BBQ Bacon by Tyson Foods Head of Culinary, Thomas Wenrich.
In addition to eating, attendees can enjoy entertainment provided by musicians from Southern University, autograph-signing sessions with NFL greats, curated cocktails, a live auction for Super Bowl LIX tickets, a silent sports memorabilia auction, a fundraising “lunchbox“ wall presented by Walmart, and special FEED gift bags sponsored by Lay’s. Taste of the NFL will raise funds for GENYOUth’s commitment to tackling food insecurity.
"The NFL is proud of our longstanding Super Bowl partnership with GENYOUth and our shared commitment to improving the health and well-being of America’s youth," Peter O’Reilly, NFL Executive Vice President of Club Business, International & League Events, said in a press release. "This year, we are excited to embrace the rich culinary history of New Orleans at Taste of the NFL, bringing together the collective NFL family to raise vital funds to tackle food insecurity and provide school meals to children in Louisiana and across the country."

PEPSI NOLA Eats Fest
Ten local restaurants will be serving up some of their "most-loved dishes" at Pepsi NOLA Eats Fest, where there will, of course, be Pepsi and live performances from local talent. "The Pepsi NOLA Eats Fest is about celebrating the classic New Orleans flavors that have made the city's cuisine renowned worldwide. From Cajun seasoning to seafood boils, we’re here to spotlight the delicious dishes the city’s local restaurants have to offer on game day and beyond, and how enjoying them with a Pepsi unlocks even more flavor," Scott Finlow, Chief Marketing Officer of PepsiCo Away From Home, said in a press release. Pepsi NOLA Eats Fest will be open Feb. 7 and Feb. 8 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. CT at Woldenberg Riverfront Park.
