Inside Caitlin O'Connor's 35th Birthday Celebration with Boyfriend Joe Manganiello (Exclusive Source)

Caitlin O’Connor is ringing in a new year!

The actress, who turns 35 on August 3, had a pre-birthday celebration with boyfriend Joe Manganiello, 47, and her closest friends at upscale Mexican restaurant Toca Madera in West Hollywood on July 14.

"Caitlin had a wonderful time,” a source tells PEOPLE exclusively.

O’Connor wore a Dolce & Gabbana dress for the special occasion — a fit she accessorized with an Hermès watch and Love Thirteen jewels.

Manganiello's beloved pup Bubbles was also in attendance to help O’Connor celebrate, and for her actual birthday next month, the couple will “enjoy a private celebration by themselves,” says the source.

An insider previously told PEOPLE that the pair — who began dating around 10 months ago — "are still going strong” and that Manganiello “treats her like a queen."

"They love spending all of their time together," added the source.

In July 2023, Manganiello filed for divorce from Modern Family star Sofia Vergara, and he began seeing O'Connor in September after the two met through a mutual friend.

More recently, the lovebirds were also on "what seems to be a world tour of sorts," said the source, as they traveled to in Italy, Finland – to see Metallica – and even enjoyed a "very romantic trip" to Paris.

"The Eiffel Tower was right outside their hotel room window. While in France they went to the Louvre, Versailles, the French Open and to see the band Tool," the source says.

O'Connor also joined Manganiello as he filmed Deal or No Deal Island in Panama and was by his side for a One Tree Hill reunion in North Carolina in May.
