Taylor Swift Impersonator Racks Up Jaw-Dropping Salary Each Performance
One Taylor Swift tribute band is racking up an impressive amount of revenue each time they put on their 90-minute rendition of Swift's varying performances.
The lead singer, Olivia Mojica, sat down with TMZ's Swift-Tea Podcast on Thursday, Oct. 10, where she revealed that even impersonating the superstar can be a very lucrative business.

Mojica and the rest of her band, aptly named the Blank Space Tribute Band, have pulled in as much as 18,000 dollars for just one appearance, although, to be fair, that quantity does get divvied up amongst rest of the musicians, too, so it's not just the lookalike walking away with nearly $20k.
That said, the singer's total takeaway was enough for her to quit her job, so one could say she polish[es] up real nice!
In videos shared on the band's Instagram account, it's clear Mojica and her band know what they're doing. In one, she wears a perfect replica of one of many Lover bodysuits worn by Swift during the Eras Tour, quoting Swift in her audience interactions.
It's reminiscent of the viral tribute performance put on at New Hampshire's Canobie Lake Park that had fans doing a double take earlier this summer, as a performer named June sang and danced complete with backup vocalists and dancers.
The attention to detail from both impersonators leaves little to be desired, with fans finding both to be incredibly accurate to the source material—with one exception, that is: they're both probably a lot easier to get tickets to than Swift is!
