I'm A Celebrity's Dom doesn't 'regret' fight with Kerri-Anne: 'Proud'

After three weeks in the jungle, former MAFS star Domenica Calarco was the latest celebrity to be evicted from I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! on Monday night.

The reality star was sent home after taking part in a prank challenge, where she faced a major fear of heights, and shared that she felt ready to leave.

"Weirdly I had this feeling today that my time was over," Dom told hosts Chris Brown and Julia Morris after leaving camp.

She added that she felt like a "completely different woman" after spending three weeks in the jungle.

"I'm so proud, I've conquered so many fears," she told the hosts. "I am leaving the jungle a better person. I think this will change my life, from top to bottom."

Chris and Julia showed Dom a highlights reel of her time in the jungle, which included her infamous fights with former camp mate Kerri-Anne Kennerley, who left the show after their last blow-up.

Kerri-Anne left the jungle after refusing to eat an antelope testicle, with Dom calling the 69-year-old "self-centred".

Dom began getting fired up after she started to eat her ball, while Kerri-Anne kept saying she wouldn't participate.

"Oh, miss big contract lady, ‘Can’t tell me what to do'," Dom said.

"I can leave you my makeup," Kerri-Anne replied, referencing the fact that she was allowed to bring make-up into the jungle and Dom was subsequently outraged because she wasn't.

"Nah, I don't want it. I don’t want your Revlon 1989 lipstick, doll," Dom replied. "Why are you here, bro? Legit, actually, why are you here?

"Literally no respect or no decency for anyone else but yourself. I've never met anyone so self-centred in my life."

When she returned to the camp, Kerri-Anne described the "abuse" as "overwhelming".

Speaking with the hosts, Dom said, "For me, it was just a personality difference. I didn't really understand why she was here and what her motives were. I thought there was a power imbalance."

She added that she had no regrets, but said she could have handled things slightly differently.

"For me all of my feelings I expressed I don't regret them... potentially I shouldn't have spoken that way... I've been myself from 'go to woah' and I'm proud of that," Dom said.

"It feels like a lifetime ago, one day in the jungle feels like a week in real life."

Fans 'shocked' over Dom's eviction

Fans took to social media to share their surprise over Dom's eviction, with one user commenting on Instagram, "I am shocked!! I was convinced Dom was gonna win!!"

"Was so shocked to see you go, who will get my votes now that my only guess at the crown has gone," another added.

"What a shame, had you picked as the winner. Been amazing watching you Dom," a third said.

"I am shocked and literally heartbroken," someone else added.

"You were robbed," another wrote.

Many others shared that they were "proud" of the reality star for taking part in the show and all its challenges.
