Home and Away's Cash Newman gets a blast from the past on UK screens next week, as newcomer Harper Matheson arrives in Summer Bay.
Jessica Redmayne has been cast in the role of Harper, who turns up in the Bay hiding a secret.
Upcoming episodes on Channel 5 see Harper respond to an advertisement that Irene Roberts has put out, seeking a new lodger.
Irene strikes up an easy bond with Harper, who explains that she's a social worker on an extended holiday. Harper is pleased when she learns that the room is hers as long as her references check out.

Unfortunately, Irene's friend John Palmer is far more sceptical over the new arrival, fearing that there's something untrustworthy about Harper.
When Irene catches John snooping during Harper's visit to view the room, she warns him to back off. She then makes her own mind up, giving Harper the keys to the house.
Despite Irene's optimism, it seems that John could be right as Harper immediately starts acting suspiciously behind closed doors.
Later in the week, Cash welcomes Harper to the Bay and it's revealed that they're old friends and colleagues. This further fuels Irene's belief that Harper can be trusted.

Once Harper is alone with Cash, her hidden agenda becomes clear as she admits that her main reason for coming to the Bay was to ask him for a favour.
Harper explains that her sister Dana is on the run as the police found drugs in her apartment. Dana's boyfriend was responsible and he cruelly framed her to avoid trouble himself.
Harper urges Cash to look at the case and prove Dana's innocence, noting that he was always a thorough investigator in the past.
Cash has some doubts, wary of blurring the lines between friendship and his work commitments. However, he promises to think about it if Harper tells him everything.
Later, it's confirmed that Harper hasn't told Cash the full story, as she lets Dana sneak through the bedroom window into Irene's house. With a fugitive now hiding out at the property, this could have major repercussions for all involved.
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.
