Home and Away's Ada Nicodemou, 45, sizzles in bikini: 'Gorgeous'
Home and Away's Ada Nicodemou has taken to Instagram to share a series of bikini snaps as she enjoys a getaway to Whitehaven Beach.
The 45-year-old posed for the camera in a colourful bikini and floppy hat, writing, "Probably my favourite beach I’ve ever been to."
"It is heaven on earth!" Esther Anderson wrote.
"Best beach in the world!" one user wrote, while another added, "Peace and quiet! You still look amazing, by the way."
Home and Away's Georgie Parker stuns in 'ageless' throwback: 'Wow!'
"Hot mum," a third wrote, with another agreeing and writing, "Stunning, Ada!"
"Palm Beach has left the chat," someone else joked, referencing the filming location of Home and Away.
Ada is enjoying her holiday with her businessman boyfriend Adam Rigby, who she's previously described as "the man of my dreams" on Instagram.
The star has previously opened up about her workout routine after deciding to put herself first and update her approach to wellness when she was 41, telling WHO Magazine in 2018 that she was "tired, lethargic, and not very motivated".
She then signed up with Sydney trainer Lia Jones with Adam with the pair choosing to live by the 80/20 rule.
"I'll stick to this way of eating, but it'll be 80/20 – 80 per cent sticking to it and 20 per cent relaxing it a bit. Life is to be enjoyed," she said at the time.
Ada also likes to include a variety of activities to help her maintain her physique with the Home and Away star rotating Pilates, strength training and walking into her routine.
"I try and work out about four times a week. So realistically, two of those days will be early morning training sessions where I just do weights," she added. "I love to walk outside. Even at lunchtime at work, I go for a big walk. If I don't have a lot of time, I'll do a 20-minute run, plus weight training."
She added that she loves the mental health benefits of exercise as well as the physical health benefits.
