Home and Away's Samara Weaving shares X-rated mishap: 'Couldn't believe it'
The Aussie star admitted that filming racy scenes are often 'awkward and mechanical'.
Former Home and Away star Samara Weaving is quickly carving a name out for herself in Hollywood, snagging roles in Babylon, The Valet and Scream VI. Her next leading role sees her play Marie-Josephine de Montalembert in Chevalier, set to be released in the US later this month.
During her press tour, the Aussie actress stopped by The Late Late Show with James Corden to discuss how ‘awkward’ filming sex scenes on set can be. During one particularly steamy scene where she was “super naked”, her co-star Kelvin Harrison Jr. made a ‘terrible’ admission.
“[Sex scenes are] always super awkward and very mechanical and not sexy at all,” she told the host, before launching into her story.
“Anyway, it was a Friday, and we’re in bed, I’m super naked. He’s there, we’re making out, and this is the time that the decides to go, ‘Ugh, I just want to quit.’,” she revealed, sending the audience into stitches.

“I’m like, I couldn’t believe it! I looked amazing,” Samara quipped while pretending to cover up her body with her hands.
When host James Corden asked if she told her co-star that his comment made her feel awful, she admitted that he did apologise.
“He felt bad. And then he was like, ‘I’m so sorry, I’m just really tired. I’m really exhausted.’ So yeah, my lovemaking nearly got Kelvin to quit his career,” the Ready or Not star joked.
The star did explain that due to Kelvin playing the title character of Joseph Bologne, Chevalier de Saint-Georges meant his schedule was extremely taxing.
“He was having a rough time, and he was, because Kelvin…was up at like 3 am playing the violin, he was learning how to fence a million people,” she said, before adding that he was filming every single day.
Samara stuns in see-through dress
This comes after Samara stepped out in a racy see-through dress. The star, 30, got glammed up for a night out with her friends.
She wore a long-sleeved black Versace dress that hugged her curves and went down to her ankles. The unique gown was covered in black knitted holes, leaving her matching black underwear visible underneath.

To draw attention to the scoop-necked dress, Samara chose to wear her hair slicked back in a tight bun and kept her accessories light.
She chose a delicate diamond earring and ear cuff from designer Anita Ko and sported dramatic eye makeup that made her blue eyes stand out.
Her celebrity pals couldn’t get enough of her striking look, with Aussie stars Rose Byrne, Lincoln Younes and Brittany Hockley liking the post.
